Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DawahRepost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Use License

Permission is granted to use DawahRepost for personal or organizational Dawah purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not modify or copy the materials without authorization
• You must not use the materials for any commercial purpose outside of Dawah activities
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in DawahRepost
• You must not remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
• You must not transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Content Guidelines

DawahRepost is designed specifically for sharing authentic Islamic content. You agree to:

• Only share content that is authentic and from verified Islamic sources
• Not modify Quranic verses or Hadith in any way
• Respect copyright and intellectual property rights
• Not use the platform for spreading misinformation or extremist content
• Maintain the dignity and respect befitting Islamic content

Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. The 7-day free trial is available only for new users and requires a valid payment method.

API and Hosting Costs

Our pricing reflects the costs associated with maintaining connections to social media platforms, hosting authentic Islamic content databases (100+ Quran editions, 10+ Hadith collections), and providing reliable service infrastructure. These costs are necessary to ensure the authenticity and availability of Islamic content.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DawahRepost and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Islamic content (Quran, Hadith) remains the property of the Muslim Ummah and is provided for Dawah purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

DawahRepost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, though we strive to maintain high availability.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
